С огромным удовольствием имеем честь официально объявить отель Carrubba, Tivat первым отелем Green Key в Черногории!
Соответствие критериям «Зеленого Ключа» для традиционного каменного здания, датированного XIX-м веком, могло бы быть проблемой, но удивительная команда отеля, занимающаяся исследованием и реализацией программы, доказала, что это не так.
Умы, сердца и души всех членов нашей команды задействовались в поисках способов уменьшения влияния отеля на окружающую среду.
На сегодняшний день работа в отеле организована таким образом, чтобы можно было экономить потребление воды, вторично использовать вышедшие из употребления текстильные материалы, создавать компост для сада из отходов кофейных зерен, нагревать воду с помощью солнечных батарей и использовать энергосберегающие лампы везде, где только возможно!
На стойке регистрации экологичный дух отеля тоже имеет своё воплощение. Администраторы предлагают замечательные велосипедные прогулки вдоль побережья и рекомендуют пешеходные маршруты, которые начинаются прямо от отеля; информируют гостей отеля о программе Green Key.
На кухне шеф-повар приоритетно использует сезонные локальные продукты для меню, и их всегда можно смаковать с лучшими винами Черногории.
Простой здравый смысл использовался очень эффективно во многих случаях, и это в сочетании с некоторыми реальными практическими решениями дало импульс, чтобы отель смог достичь своих целей и, в конечном итоге, заслуженно получил статус Green Key и премию.

Der erste Preis “Green Key” in Montenegro!
Es ist uns eine große Freude und eine Ehre, das Hotel Carrubba Tivat offiziell als erstes Green Key ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Montenegro bekannt zu geben!
Die Kriterien des Green Key für ein traditionelles Steingebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert zu erfüllen, hätte eine Herausforderung sein können, aber das erstaunliche Team des Hotels, das für die Erforschung und Umsetzung des Programms verantwortlich war, bewies die Vermutung als falsch.
Das gesamte Personal beschäftigt sich mit Herz, Seele und Seele, um die Auswirkungen des Hotels auf die Umwelt zu verbessern.
Die Arbeit umfasst das Herunterdrehen der Wasserventile und die Einsparung des Verbrauchs, die Verwendung alter Laken für Lumpen, die Kompostierung für den Garten aus Kaffeebohnen, das Heizen von Wasser mit Sonnenkollektoren und die Verwendung von Energiesparlampen zur Beleuchtung, wo immer möglich!

Green Key-Informationen werden weitergegeben, wenn Fragen auftreten und Community-Veranstaltungen angeboten werden, wenn sie auftreten.
In der Küche legt der Küchenchef den Schwerpunkt auf saisonale lokale Produkte für die Speisekarte und diese können immer mit den besten Weinen Montenegros genossen werden.
Der einfache, gesunde Menschenverstand wurde bei vielen Gelegenheiten sehr effektiv genutzt und dies in Kombination mit einigen praktischen Lösungen gab den Impuls, damit das Hotel seine Ziele erreichen konnte und schließlich und zu Recht den Green Key Status und den Award erhielt.
Alles ist da, das Personal und der Standort, das Verständnis für globale Themen und die Begeisterung, das Prestige und die Fürsorge. Wir sind stolz darauf, das Hotel Carrubba Tivat als neues Mitglied von Green Key zu haben!

First Green Key award in Montenegro!
It is with great pleasure and a true honor to officially announce Hotel Carrubba Tivat as the first Green Key awarded hotel in Montenegro!
Complying with the Green Key criteria for what is a traditional stone building dated from the 19th century could have been a challenge but the hotel’s amazing team in charge of researching and implementing the programme proved the assumption wrong.
The entire staff put their minds, hearts, and souls into finding ways of improving the hotel’s impact on the environment.
The work includes turning the water valves down and saving on consumption, using old sheets for rags, making compost for the garden from coffee grains, heating water with solar panels, and using low power consuming bulbs for lighting wherever possible!
At the reception, the eco-friendly spirit of the hotel has its essence. Head of Reception will offer wonderful bike rides along the coast and show hiking trails starting directly from the hotel. Green Key information will be passed on if questions arise and community events will be offered when they occur.
In the Kitchen, the chef prioritizes seasonal local products for the menu and these can always be savored with Montenegro’s best wines.
The simple common sense was used very effectively on many occasions and this combined with some real practical solutions gave the momentum so the hotel could achieve their goals and ultimately and deservedly receive the Green Key Status and Award.
All is there, the staff and the location, the understanding of global issues and the enthusiasm, the prestige and the caring. We are proud to have Hotel Carrubba, Tivat as new member of Green Key!
